Not sure what the current price of diesel here is, but I did see it cheaper then gas the other day in Mankato MN, it was about 5 cents a gallon cheaper then regular unleaded.
It's $3.32/gal here in Oklahoma. What makes me upset is oil has been below $80/barrel for a while now and fuel is still way too high. It takes 3 seconds to go up and 3 weeks or longer to come down. The way that oil is traded only applies to them when the price is going up. If it's falling they don't want to adjust the price because it doesn't benefit them. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for a person or company making a profit but these fools have been gouging us for far too **** long and making obscene profits every quarter for years now. It really pisses me off!

Here in Central Texas it's anywhere from $3.85-$4.19/gal. Funny thing about said prices.......they are two different stations less than a 1/2 mile from each other.....explain that one!!! But that's still the going rates around town.
Maybe independently owned they set there own pricing if they do not compete they don't sell gas .......up here even though they are independently owned Head office dictates price the stations call into a general office and they are told what price to post that day they have no control and the station owners make little to no money on fuel sales......Like our Government just a dictatorship

Not doubting your info as I've heard it before, but I find it extremely hard to believe that "gas" stations can afford to keep the doors open by selling chips, sodas, candy, and beer!!!! Just saying......
I have a few Friends who own ( or should I say lease stations ) from major gas company's they only make 1 or 2 cents per liter or some times less it all depends. The owners said its hard to count on any type of fixed amount per month until the cheque comes in.
