IRS Allows Dyed Fuel for road use

did anyone see this....http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/...141225,00.html
IRS is allowing the use of dyed fuel on the road.
I wonder if you were to run some...how long would it take to dilute the dye back out of your tank?
If they are doing this...I'm thinking that's not good news...
