BioDiesel Cheaper or More than Diesel

In general can you get BioDiesel cheaper than regular #2? I'm in Northern IL and would like to try it. I have been considering starting to home brew since I'm into WVO already. My folks are talking about a diesel car or truck so if they do it then I have the demand to justify either making my own or a bulk purchase. Can you get Biodiesel cheaper when bought in bulk as well??

Here in central Virginia, B20 is about 10 cents per gallon cheaper and coming down as the supply increases says our supplier. This is tax exempt fuel for school buses. I trying to get them to convert. We buy about 170,000 gallons a year. I can also buy taxed B5 about 40 miles away at about 10 cents a gallon cheaper at a farm supply coop. I fill up when I'm in the area.

Last weekend I bought 220 gallons of B-99 at Evergreen FS in Bloomington Il. It must be a mix to get the best price. B-100 was 3.61

I paid 2.41
I will mix my own.
