fuel shut off realay, please help

I,ve dug in the archives here and it seems to be the relay. when key is in the run posistion I can move the Shut off shaft manually (when I driave it that way im not getting much fuel at all ). When I put my finger in the shut off shaft whil someone is trying to start it it does nothing but turn over. I have no blue wire, Fuse slots markes spare are empty and checked all relays and fuses that could possibly be fuel related except the 70 amp under the hoop on the firewall. Does it sound like the culprit to you guys? I took a volt meter to the three pronged plug that goes directly to the shut off solenoid and I have 12 volts on the far left with key on run position. No power on the other two, when key is off no power to any of them. what do yall think? please let me know.

one of the wires is ground, one should have 12volts w/key on, and the other will be 12volts while cranking, check that first, if all wires are good then ita a bad solinoid, if cranking signal is missing... i believe there is a relay on the firewall directly behind the injection pump, and that could be a problem,, start with that, good luck

You can pull the relay and see if it's working by grounding one prong and providing 12volts to the other side. The relay will make a loud click if it's working.

figured it out, the shaft to the solenoid is broken at the very end.
