96 dodge intercooler in chevy conversion

I have a 94 c3500 crew that was a 6.5 diesel and putting cummins and trans out of a 96 dodge 3500 in it. I have seen pics of the intercooler installed before but im having trouble making it work. Any pics or links or anything? And im using the GM radiator. I will put some pics up as soon as i figure out how.

How much did you have to trim on the headlights and do you have any pics from the inside? Did you have to trim the battery box or anything?

thanks. no other pics though. no headlight trimming. no battery box trim. if you look close you can see the CAC is leaned behind the edge of the headlight. No mechanical fan. used 2 - 16" electric pushers. on the outside. lots of cutting on the rad support. cut the tabs off the cac and the rad. used the stock chevy rad clamshells on the top. worked out pretty good.
