I bet it was a Mustang dyno, right?

 

Heck id love those numbers!

Those TQ numbers are common from 12V trucks at 450 plus or so, strange on a 24V, but cool nonetheless..

Yea it was a mustang dyno, And Im not really upset just a little confused as to big differance is all.

 

I talked to a guy at scheid, and he dynoed on both of the dyno's there. One was scheids mustang, and the other was David Dunbars(best diesel dyno around), and im not sure what brand his is, but its a good one, and he knows how to run a diesel truck too. He said Both dyno's were about the same on HP, but he put out 300 more ft ls of torque on scheids. So id say your HP is about right, but id say your torque is probably about 200ft lbs less than what the dyno said.

Great info Eric! Been wondering about Mustang vs Dyno Jet results... and if my HP from last two mustang dynos was accurate? Torque does always seem a little higher than others at same HP level, that have run on Dyno Jets!

Don't know...I've only dynoed on one dyno, Dynojet 248C. Can't offer up any comparisons today
