Now take away the bushings and go just straight 2.5" and I think you will have a really awesome class.
Not that the bushing made for a bad class.
I have an HT3B sitting here. Needs to be rebuilt, and maybe a smaller exhaust housing, and some more fuel, but it would be worth a try if i could get a bushing for it
Eric
I think the class turned out pretty good, but I do think it would be a better class without the bushings. Being able to bushing down, put the guys running an actual 2.5 inducer turbo like a 64mm charger in the back of the pack because of being able to bushing down a BIG turbo. A 64 is as big as I will ever want to go as long as i am driving my truck every day. I just think there shouldnt be bushings allowed.

Yes he is, and he did do really good, but it is a 3rd gen. Takes a little more work to a 12 valve to get em to run like that. Plus, he can usually either win or be REAL close to 1st place in a class where slugs arent allowed. He did do good anyways though. Im not nocking anyones pull at all, just wish they wouldnt allow the reducers in case i ever decide i have enough to try my luck at scheid
Of course that will be 5 years away anyways so i dont guess it matters

I had the only Ford in the Finals and it wasnt a PSD.
Broke a yoke at 308', was really happy just to make the finals. I wanted to atleast be the best common rail cummins in the finals but WFO is rockin. I also bet I was the only guy in the finals with a SBC 3250# clutch too lol!
Yes it is on its last leg.

Yes it is on its last leg.I think your truck would have done alot better if it wasnt draining the rail so bad you lost alot of footage the way it was cutting out if you can get that lined out its gona be mean.
You are the second person to tell me I am droppin pressure but it isnt, it has dual pumps and holds 27k+. It is the rev limiter but it pops when it hits it for soem reason, doesnt just cut fuel back it cuts it off then back on, you can tell it sounds much better once the pan hits and loads it better it stops poppin as it pulls it off the limiter a little.
Not sure what it is goin down the track, I kinda get tunnel vision doin that. I have watched plenty of times on the street at WOT at all rpms on a Diprocol gauge, I also have a over pressure code after pulls sometimes but not always. Before the dual pumps I could drop the pressure to under 7k.
I think the ECU I have might be doing lots of stupid stuff, I have codes that shouldnt be there and I have trouble with some boxes acting wierd with them on.

its smaller than a 64mm. great pull, dual wheels had a large advantage, anyone know where any dually wheels are?
I went up shooting for the top ten, and was really surprised with the win in the qualifing on friday! Great job everyone.

Ahh, my bad- good question. I have had it at 40 all year and it never has flintched. Last week I ported my cross tubes and noticed it was droppin to 20, have pressure set at 70 now but still drops alot so I do have to address that. Thing is its always popped like that even before the lift pressure was droppin.
Ryan...I have had some fits too with an 05' CR that I have worked on...Have any of the codes been for the crank sensor? With your TST is it an R49 or a reprogrammed early model to become an R49 ...On your Smarty how much timing do you run at...Or does it do it ALL the time on any setting of either Smarty & TST?
