new 1/8th mile vid

finally got vids up on 1st 1/8th mile drag. Started in 3rd and loved it. Clutch held great. If track were better I think I could get a little better. best time 9.4 @ 77mph. with a 6 speed and current mods

Too much h2o, spun in 3rd and 4th. bad start missed a shift and still won by a second 9.8

best run. 9.4

You'll need to cut around another second off the 1/8 mile times to catch Johnner. A respectable goal none the less..

Were you launching in 4wd it looked like you were leaving at idle a 4wd 3000rpm launch would cut some serious time off those runs I ran the same times with a 2wd qc sb 5spd 03 with just a Power Pup.

I was launchin at 27-2800 rpms. It had to wait til the very last minute b/c I was havn trouble rolling at that track once letting off the brake after staging. the 9.4 was 2800rpm. The 1st vid. I red lighted b/c I rolled and tripped the light and had to hit the brakes.

i dont undertstand how johner does it. w/35's and leavin in 2nd. That 3rd gear was the best thing I could have done. SO FAST!!!

Hey buddy, I wish I could see your video but am still having the same problem I told you about on the phone last weekend. When I go to any "YouTube" link now, the area where the video is supposed to be is white in color and there is a real small box in the upper left hand corner with a very small red "x" inside of it??? I try to click on that red "x" but nothing happens?? Have you been able to figure anything out on this?

Thanks.

No, it is any videos on that site. I can't even get the ones you took of my truck to play anymore either. I am going to join the site anyway and maybe their "Tech Support" can help us out.

John_P , check to see if there is a popup being blocked, or that Active X control is allowed and if that fails change your windows security setting to a lower setting.(red shield with x on it at bottom right toolbar) Some virus protection also needs a confirmation for each site you will allow to download large files. Good luck , ks
