NADM Texas event
I hated to see the event move even further away from me but I'm still attending this year. When it moved to Crandall the first year it was absolute misery weatherwise. Last year was awesome...hot weather, clear skies, great racing, and not to mention....the pulling action was great. Hopefully with the event being in Denton this year the turnout will be even bigger and the pulling action even more impressive.
Follow me to Denton, TX in October guys/gals.

Thanks for posting, Crandall was a beautiful facility but the trouble with the pit crew, lights, equipment, etc we decided to find something better suited for our crowd.
Denton has a nice clay dirt base for sled track, they'll start building it this month. 1/8 mile instead of 1/4 but it will make the trucks last longer
Drags and pulling, Vendors, Show-N-Shine, planning some more things!
Happy to have ODRA as a partner in this event!

North Star Dragway - October 15th - DIESEL ONLY! Drag racing, sled pulling, Show-n-Shine, Vendor Alley! Charity for "Homes for the Troops" - Cow Patty Bingo!
NEW Venue - 1/8 mile track, new pull track, let's see if you Texans' really want diesel events down your way?
Micah at ODRA helping with coordination along with his friends, any questions locally go to him or on here.
Should be a fun Saturday and hopefully the weather will be cooler down there by then!
$10 admission - FREE Parking, children under 12 free
$25 to race or pull per class, class jumping allowed within rules.
NADM rules apply - see web site for rules!
Editor of Diesel World will be attending, bring your nice trucks he is looking for features!

Update 10/12/11;
There will also be a dyno provided by West Texas Diesel Performance...mustang brand...$75 for 3 pulls!
We will have Racing, Sled Pulling and now a Dyno!!! As well as a Great Charity we are supporting, Homes for our Troops!!! (homesforourtroops.org)

Weather is looking great for Saturday....clear skies and a high of 85*. Couldn't ask for a better day. Looking forward to it!!!!
