I will have to say that is kind of a low blow there Shaun.

Ric's truck hooks good and has the right parts. It just flat out runs good.

I would give the guy a little respect.

There was no low blow about it Justin. He never did do anything to me so im not going to run his stuff down or anything, Heck i like the truck. I was just thinking lastnight that out some of the duramax guys i have ment that he was the most level headed one i have chatted with, Its nice to go to a pull and chat and cut up with anyone of a different brand
It dont matter if he put so many feet on W.F.O. (the guy i was supporting) or not. He got the job done and thats all that matters. I just wouldnt give ric a little respect either Justin I would give him alot. I even give you alot of respect. He seems like he has came along way with the truck. We set by his trailer and talked about how he has to use n2o to help spool the turbo at a pull he was just at and i just made a comment from that. I congradulated him and told him good luck at the DHRA pull he was going to since he worked on his tune. Im pretty sure i was not low blowing anyone

they had a banner up at danville early this year stating that the truck had 700hp then. dont know if it had NOS or what he didnt have the truck there. hes out there pulling I will give him that. if hes winning thats the way it goes. I tried to talk to him at danville last year and he blew me off so I dont have any use for him. I dont cut on anybodys rig until they give me a reason to

He did state the fact that the truck was on its third motor, now wether or not he runs nos he didnt say. But none the less that truck runs awesome I would say he will be the truck to beat in the street class at schieds.

Wow, I heard there was a topic about my truck over here so I came over to check it out.

To the guy who said I blew him off....I appologize because I'm not like that and I must have had something on my mind at the time.

The only time my truck has had Nitrous was at the Diesel Power Challenge and we melted 2 pistons prior to the events so we did not use it at the challenge. We had a wounded motor at the challenge.

Mark (Danville Performance) and I repaired the motor 3 times do to finding the limits of the stock internals and saving everyone else a lot of money. We bent the rods first at approx 680HP. We upgraded the rods and broke a piston at approx 740HP. We had So-Cal diesel make us custom pistons and it was all ok until the issue at the Diesel Power Challenge. The motor will make over 800HP on a load cell dyno but we only use the dyno to tune with. The #'s don't concern us as long as we keep increasing them.

I'm usually very open with what is in the truck and I run #2 diesel only. We have a good running truck right now but I don't think we have the strongest one. There will be a lot of strong trucks at Sheids but hopefully we can get in the top 10 or so.

I hope that clarrifies some things.

Ric
