I was wondering if anyone in the area would be interested in meeting up for the midnight drags this next weekend? It doesnt seem like there are very many diesels when i go. . if not this weekend then maybe on in the near future.

 

Ive been down there once before and i will be returning in a few weeks if all goes as planned. Last time i went there was a nice turnout diesel wise, maybe 10-12 psd's a cummins or two and no dmax's.

Sidenote- We went cruisin on memorial st before the races, holy crap its like a scene right out of "fast and furious" . Well sorta bc in the movie there wasnt two psd's smokin everything in sight! We cruised for 30-45mins and everyone knew not to mess with the diesels or they'd get fogged.

My uncle lives in Tulsa so I might get ahold of you some weekend and see if you want to run down the track. I wouldn't mind playing around and seeing how the truck does.

 

my truck won't be very quick but i would give it a shot. Back in the day (about 3 years ago when i was 18) we used to cruise memorial all the time
I just wanted to get a post out and see if anyone in the area wants to meet up i also just got the local chapter paperwork in the mail

 

Keep me posted on the local chaper. I'm not much of a racer but I wouldn't mind coming out to watch and visit some night but this week sure won't work. I can't afford to break parts and I know that if you're gonna play, you're gonna pay.
