now i'm hooked on pulling but can't find anything

Galia County Fair, Galipolis Ohio. come down Rt. 35. Probably 2.5 hours from Springfield - maybe less. Tuesday August 2. Two diesel classes. 7500 Modified street, 8000 Hot 5:00 (I think) If you come - look me up -see red 03 with Jackson on the back right door.

 

How bout tuesday August 1 not 2 at Galia co fair.

 

i don't get home from work until 4:30pm. so i wouldn't be able to make the one in gaila. i may pull in one this thursday at the preble county fair. i wanted to make it to glenford next week but the girfriend is making me play in a euchre tournament

 

Lisbon Fair, Friday night...

 

Athens county fair Saturday aug 12, Meigs county fair thursday 17th. Not to far from you. I will be at Meigs prob. not Athens.

 

Urbana Ohio Champaign county fair 8-5-06 at 6:00. They're only allowing 12 diesel trucks, except for the ones pulling in the sanctioned event like Erik Stacy and Eric Stingley. I know Ted Sterner, Kyle Michael, Matt Funderburg and Jeremy Straley are among the ones pulling, along with a few of street trucks. If you want one close.

 

i emailed ted about that one, urbana is only 5min down the road from me. he said they already have all the paper work done for next year, so they will have some classes for us

 

ross county fair is having a pull this wednesday starting at 8. I think the only street class for diesels is an 8000lbs. I plan on going there and pulling.

 

That was a good pull! I hated paying $6 entry then an extra $5 to enter the grandstands, but it was pretty sweet once we were inside. They made the diesel trucks wait until the end because it was a sanctioned OSTPA pull. Straley went 333.5', not sure what happened to Ted, then Kyle went 338'.

i beleive straley would have pulled it out of the fairgrounds if he wouldn't have let off.
the $5 to get in the grandstands is nothing these fairgrounds have been charging us admission to the fairgrounds, $10 pit pass and then a $10-25 hook fee. the admission and hook fee don't really bother me, but when we come to put a show on for these people and bring some money in for them i don't think we need to be paying a pit pass since we are the pits.

 

That's what I like about most of the pulls around Hilliard, if you're pulling they won't charge you at the gate. You have to tell them you're pulling though.
