If you're referring to the HAYES MOPAR EVENT on the 7th & 8th of Sept.,,,,,,
I too am hoping to attend again this year. I think there will be a few more coming from VA as well as NC also. I'm pretty sure that John P. from NC and Papa Smurf from NC/FL will be there too. I'll probably pull the 5er down earlier in the week and even though I probably won't be running,,,,, it has always been a great time to see old friends like David Dunbar and all the DHRA folks. I already have a vacation week scheduled and will be calling the campground shortly.

 

yeah that's it i should've listed the dates but i wasn't thinking about it. i just didn't wanna look up the real name of the event.

where is ranger,GA. Haven't heard of that one. I'll attend saturday if the not a 100 degrees still. That place is really hot. no racing for me though. Work truck wouldn't like that

As Dennis said, banshee and I should be at this event again. I am hoping to see David Dunbar and Tim (Tim are you listening?) possibly set up a competition drag race for all the manual transmission diesel pickups. A "shootout" between all the "handshaker" diesel pickups. It has been brought up and discussed before but hopefully, it can happen this year at Atlanta.
