Getting transffered to San Diego

I just got orders there and will be moving there in the summer. If anyone has any suggestions on a area to live/rent/church. I would appreciate it. Im a typical Diesel guys with dog, tools and trailers in need of a garage. And i love the ocean so a view would be nice 2 PM or post any advice or help would be appreciated

If you will be stationed at Pendleton,Oceanside could fit the bill for you. Beach is right there and a house with a garage shouldn't be too bad on the wallet. Checkout the neighborhood like anywhere else.

If you're going to San Diego,Clairemont has reasonable rents and is 10 minute from the beach. Mts. are an hour away and Anza Borrego is 2 hrs away.

Hopefully, you can keep your out of state plates as it's sky high here in that dept.
