Non-op exhaust brake

I INSTALLED A BD EXHAUST BRAKE ON MY 2006 DODGE 5.9 AND IT HAS STOPPED WORKING. I HAVE CHECKED FUSES AND CHANGED THE UNDER HOOD RELAY AND IT STILL WILL NOT WORK. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND FIX

If it's a vac operated, some penetrating oil through the actuator might help. I had mine get sticky, and ran some wd40 through it by actuating it with while putting oil in the vac vent hose, and it freed up. Now I have the vac vent sitting in the puke bottle so it soaks up the blowby oil. Haven't had an issue in MANY years since.
