Where to go for EFI Live in AB?
I most likely will. I am just unsure of where to start with changing what parameters and what not. I am hoping to get an unlocked tune from someone that I can compare to stock parameters and then I have a good baseline for what to change. I have been doing endless amounts of reading. As well as reading some EFI Live for dummies. I will likely just start slow adjusting parameters and see where that gets me.
I have quite a few 07 5.9L tunes from stock ones to some pretty nasty tunes. I have a locked tuned for a twin turbo set up that is out of this world but it's locked and I can't share it.
I thought that was the (one of the) point of EFI live, so file sharing would be open and free.
Thanks for the feedback guys. The biggest thing that bothers me is that from what I understand if you sell the truck you would have to buy another $125 license in order to work with the next truck. Also not being able to adjust the speedo as some trucks dont "take" the speedo adjustment.

Thanks dodgediesel. I have 3 trucks that I would like to tune right off the hop so I will use up the 2 that it comes with. This will lower my cost over all. It is just a nice convenience factor to be able to take the smarty from Truck to truck. I also run different sized tires for winter and summer so losing the tire adjustment bugs me. It is not a big deal but it is sure nice to know how fast you are actually traveling.
When funds are not as tight I will likely make the switch over to EFI. I am getting the truck painted right now as I just did a big overhaul on the truck (rebuild motor/rebuild trans and a really long list of parts.)
I here nothing but good things about EFI and will continue to read and learn so that when I do switch I can be ready to play!
