I understand your problems, I have had a shop for 20 years+ I use to deal with the public now I found a niche with a small independent gas company that actually pays their bills on time.. It is easy to work yourself out of a job if your clients don't pay.. They want the job done right now but I'll get you a check at the end of the month [dummy].. In the mean time your bills come due. Like I said before stop playing nice with the deadbeats..

I'm only 6'1/240# - but I could lend you a nice aluminum pipe wrench or two and a 3# brass hammer for persuasion. Having said that, Scotty might be the best alternative presented here so far. If he showed up at my house wanting something, I'd be super-inclined to let him have it.... [roll]
