Nice numbers Dave.. I hope it was worth the effort pulling the training wheels off. I stopped by the shop and talked to Trish, she said it went pretty smoothly for a 1st time shot.

Again guys, if you can send me your comments please don't pull any punches. We have a chance here to shape our own event!

Besides less than usual trucks showing up, I think it went excellent. Towards the end of the day, they had the proper read-out/print-out and numbers were pretty much where they were supose to be. I would love to do it again with a few more of the usual suspects that couldn't make it!!
It was so nice to have a sponser-free event!!

Over all it was a excellent event.I would go again...It was no big deal to take one of the rear dually tires off.Next time a electric impact will make the job easier...Red Deer is perfect for this type of event.

Well that big F550 of Vex's has onboard air IIRC... He has the tools for that sort of thing..

Ya, I had a couple of guys from the list that didn't show. A couple emailed me prior. All the V-8's backed out?

I will take whatever attention I could get.

Another thing that was nice about this weekend dyno,is that we were able to dyno our own trucks...That was a plus also...

Thats what made the tuning setup runs I did so quick. I know how it handles and could tell right away if I was getting it loaded or not. The first 2 runs were way too fast and made only 340 kW (455Hp). The last run was a good full boost run right from 2K up to the end.

Sounds like it was great outting. I almost made it back in time but I couldn't drive the truck as its still in pieces. She should work better with the new not cracked head and actually make a pull over 500rwhp. What did you put down for a run Dave?

Sorry I missed it...

We were camping in Rocky Mtn house with friends. It was good but would have rather been at the dyno or even Wetaskiwin/Edmonton Raceway...
Such is married life...

Hopefully next time....Joe

I'd like too make it out for the next one...but like kevin said, August is AAB....so try not too schedule close too that. Plus I think I would have the same troubles on this dyno as I do on a mustang dyno...
