Valve Spring Compressor

Just wondering what you guys have used or were to get a good compressor from. The Source Automotive one looks good. Price isnt bad but have to deal with shipping and customs. I can get one from Cummins for about the same price after I deal with shipping and customs on the Source Automotive compressor.

Are there any other places I should look? Or what have you guys used and liked?

The nice thing about the source one is that it does all 4 springs at once. I am probably going to have to be looking sooner than later for one myself

I believe the Cummins compressor does also but I have only seen a small sketch of it in my manual.

Just ask RIP to send it through "US post office",it will arrive to your door no fee's/brokerage charges etc.I have done plenty of business with him and never paid a cent to GST.Last thing was a Smarty JR for the bro-law and my ARP 625 studs---he beat everyone's price in North America and even calls a few days later to confirm if everything is OK,as well he takes the time to send me a Christmas card every year,personallly signed by him and all his staff-----Maybe a few vendors around here could learn a bit from this kind of customer service.DW

Yes the source auto valve spring comp is great. I got to mail it just like you said. Also got a x-mas card from them, was surprised. Great people to deal with, got my F1 injectors thru them. Will buy from them in the near future.

Glad to hear there are some real good vendors out there. When I ordered some twin stuff from them, one of their guys (Bill was it?) drove it up to the Blackout, saved me on both shipping and gst.

That sounds good. I believe the price I got from Cummins was around $270.

Sounds like Source has some good customer service. I know I sent them an email asking if they would ship using USPS and I was quite surprise that I got a response about 5 minutes later.

i used a converter on the internet from U.S. dollar to Canadian dollar

130 = 154
I was meaning for the Cummins dealer up here to charge double what you can get it for with the only difference being the currency.
