Snap-On has a pricey, but very nice one.

 

Snap-On SP500 I believe is the part number and its around $250 USD

 

You can make your own for about $60. Get a drain plug for a cummins, drill and tap it for the dial and set screw, get a steering wheel puller (I splurged for the $20 unit at PA), and a 1" or 25mm dial. You will have to track down a delivery valve socket, and a barring tool is a good idea as well. I spent about $45 for my kit, but I had a DV given to me (thanks again John!)

 

The barring tool and DV socket will run you $45 each from snap on.

 

I have the snap-on kit. its nice, worth it IMO
