Snow Day

Have fun out there on the roads everyone. 22x was a gong show from out near Carseland all the way to the Deerfoot. The train bridge by Indus just about gave me a coronary this morning. There is no way that highway had seen a plow when I drove it at 5:30 this morning.

22x was like one of the best curling sheets I have seen in a long time coming home tonite. Lots of 4wd vehicles in the ditches. My DD is a Toyota Echo with good snow tires. The driving gods smiled on me and I made it home safe and sound.

BigSwole, I am horrible about figuring out how to post pix to this site. Go to www.calgaryherald.com and you will see lots of pix.

Trust me, it happened.

I just drove thru most of the snow. From Vancouver to Fargo North Dakota. Things we do for money

Wasn't fun. I have to go to Sioux Falls south dakota tomorrow. Must have put on 3500km in the last week. Hopfully the fuel bill gets lost in the mail

Hopefully everyone is doing well back home.

Can you believe here in Airdrie, they have bylaw going around handing out tickets for people that use ATV to plow snow on your own property. Then they give you a ticket for not shoveling your driveway

Any no RV's either (less than 72 hrs), so no body move here to Airdrie.

Funny how fast they change the bylaws. Sorry guys had to vent. At least it stop raining here for abit.
