hahaha, Lie-o-meter. get this. My 2008 F350 6.4L service truck gets a solid and consistent 28L per 100km. yes you heard right. thats 8 mpg every single tank. city or highway hasn't made much of a difference. obviously not that i pay the tab but I mean come ON.

There seems to be something wrong there to me... but I guess considering that I still have the cat on there and stock air filter I shouldnt complain... also the truck is getting amazing fuel mileage too now. I filled up but didnt top it up in Red Deer on saturday (darn pump quit at 75 bucks and I didnt feel like re authorizing my card again) ran around in Red Deer the whole day, did 2 different runs (4 pulls) on the dyno, went to Edmonton on Sunday, drove around in Edmonton all day, then off to Grasslands where I filled up, only 67 bucks.... The lie-O-meter is showing between 7 and 8 l per 100km or about 27 to 29 MPG I am super impressed. I also didnt quite use a 1/8 of a tank from Grasslands to here. I am going to fill it up anyways today so that I can get a more accurate reading on the fuel mileage

Thanks to all that came out and helped out and asked to help always appreciated...

NEXT year we will get it planned a little sooner and get some cash for big numbers!!!

I want to see them Fords Run without the NOS first then turn the nos on and see the difference...not bagging on them guys 2 impressive trucks just be interesting to see.

Chance pulled a good number all motor 683hp on a stock motor...he could spray that and beat a ford or two lol

Looking forward to next summer all ready we are woking on a dyno/sled puller/super street truck and also getting the racer to a consistent reliable 9.5 lol see if that is possible...

Thanks again to all that were there!!!

Luke those numbers are hand calculated. The lie-o-meter had me at 8l per 100km

The ford has wear and tear items in its emission system, but most of the cleaning is done with the urea.

Kev, I'm not going to tell you wants required for a 2010 dodge to get 500rwhp, its more than a tuner. Probably should include a transmission, nozzles, modify CP and so on. I don't see a 6.7L making tons of power.

Urea gets rid of one cat. You still need one reactive catalyst and the DPF doesn't go away. So I don't see how the emissions maintenance would change that much stock to stock. Urea only takes care of the NOX.

I guess the math comes down to how much does it cost for the emissions maintenance vs. the cost of running DEF.

thats what I'm saying my lie-0-meter pegs my service truck at 28L per 100...... OR 8.3 mpg when I flip the scale/.

but i belive it. I get about 400 kms to a tank of 125L diesel. its a pig. if it spits a couple regens in there forget about it.

honest, theres was one day last winter, I couldn't even make it from Calgary to a rig out near Standard and back on 1 tank of fuel. that was dumb, it made 325km on that tank of fuel.

Could have put the red dodge rocket on the rollers, would have been a different story. Thanks for putting on the show, sounds like a good event, once again.

Jamie, did you run? if you did, did you spray? I'm sure we can get a truck to break into the 1000rwhp area, just on fuel. Its would shake things up, hate to say, almost all the big numbers are on spray.

not sure if you are referring to me or Lil' Dog (who wasn't there).

but yeah, i saw you but you were always chatting with someone in the distance. you chatted with a buddy for a while and he took the dr. p ooff of you . . . bankdude.

actually, you and i chatted for a bit briefly - about the lexan windows in the race truck . . . it was towards the end of the day, it was cold, and i may have been on my way out. i apologize too.

nametags would great, if we had them handy. whoever hosts next should have a table with stickers and a marker for those who don't have shirts already identifying themselves.
