Control Arms

I have a set of Kore control arms on my 04.5 right now. The lower control arm bushings on the axle end are shot. Was wondering if the carli's are worth a shot or anyone else makes a good one. Will be calling Kore about rebuilding both ends, but last time I talked the rebuild kits where just about as much as a new set of control arms.......

i've heard nothing but good about DT ProFab arms.

not as 'fancy' as the kore or carli arms, but significantly less expensive i would imagine . . .

i don't think they have adjustable ones though . . .

Don't need adjustable ones. I have a DT track bar on my 98 that I have had problems with and did not get real good service. But I will check em out!

They actually look pretty spiffy and they are less then 1/2 the price of the Carli ones.....

Hows the kores worn out? I would just put in new bushing/sleeves into the lower arm.

I will never ever buy another DT Profab product, the threads on my trackbar are striped and I've called them, sent pictures of the defect, done everything they asked and the farthest I've gotten with them is they want me to pay full retail for a new one, pay for shipping, ship my old one back and if they see reason to do so they will credit me for part of the cost of the new trackbar. since I've sent them the pictures I haven't heard back from them and the trucks hardly drivable right now.
Sorry for the rant, I just don't want anyone to go through what I have if they can avoid it.

I had problem too,but they fixed it ASAP after i called-------Order the 1/2 inch longer control arms after the "Kore Recon" went in.Decide to tackle it one Sat afternoon, got one side all apart, tried to put the stock bolt back in one of there sleeves----NO GO,THEY SENT ME THE SMALLER SLEEVE THAT WENT ON THE FIRST GENNERS(1/2 inch ---i think).Nothing like having 1/2 a front end apart with parts you cannot use.At first they wanted to see if i could drill them out to the 5/8th, "no ' send me the right ones. Two weeks later truck is back together, but it sure is nice having an extra set of wheels to drive for screw-ups like this.DW
