That is one baller looking manifold.

I hope we get to see some same day back to back comparisons vs an ATS manifold, as in my mind it is the current benchmark, I have seen trucks make over 1500hp on an ATS. I am quite certain Kevin, using the ATS, was in the 1300 - 1400hp range when that rod said that's it I'm outta here.

I would love to throw a manifold I built, into that comparison, but I have little hope I would be much competition for either that or the ats. Then again I doubt either of those will be offered in a dd15 or he351ve or ect... outlet flange.

well he is all about power. so I imagine if he can figure out how to get a bit more out he will. best part of this he is grass roots and if he thinks there is a change to be made he will do it . not like bigger mass produced stuff, were it may take forever to get a change . Yes he is aware a lot of you are looking for External Waste Gates setups he does do them but baby steps
................
Just so every one knows I have nothing to gain from posting this on here . I like Steed and I like his work. I am hoping he will make me a manifold for my 1 st gen and hope fully he make you all some more HP. chances are you all will get a manifold before my old truck will .
.........
If things go well maybe he can get some one to do runs on a dyno somewhere.
Feel free to direct your questions to Steed That way I wont get into trouble and say something stupid .. he is busy so please be patient

Not that it matters, but mine is a Htt, that was coated and ported.

It says on his website they need a tester when machining is complete.

Looks like a very high quality piece to me anyways.

coated ? You mean ceramic right ? His will too

Look at some of the later BMW shots they are Ceramic coated as I image these will to plus I am going to talk to him about putting probes in to
I re read your post. how do you mean ported as in to match the head or smooth ? no rough surfaces ? it the later there is very Little machine surface left when the CNC is done, but I imaging you could go even further before the two are mated together and polish it
As far as matching it to the head and flowing the exhaust side yes it will be close but as it progresses he can fine tune the exhaust port to the manifold port

yes to a point....
but as in any matching and porting you well know you need both head and manifold in a shop to grind to match. We just talked and he is aware of the port matching turbo and head .
...........
I say at this point lets get some base numbers and build on them from there.
I think a guy from the other site is bringing him a CR manifold so he will be working on that too

Armor, are you doing testing on the manifold? I sent them a message if they needed testers, said they had a shop to do it already. Curious if it was you guys.

How is the truck set-up? Any details? I want to see the pit crew action on swapping an exhaust manifold for a dyno day outting. I bet that they aren't running twin turbos?
