I changed my mind, originally I was going for a 45-55%, but decided to go for the 35%. Suppose to be 50HP sized, what ever that is. I did the smaller size is to improve fuel mileage. I drive my 10 truck on stock mode 99.9% of the time. So I might only be adding 10-30rwhp, on stock. There should be no down sides to going this small. I probably have around $400 into the nozzles.

I bought the 6.7L pretty cheap from a guy down in the states. I thought that I give gethoned a try. I wouldn't mind sending a set to exergy, SDX uses them for there stuff.

The new H&S tune for the 2010 is suppose to be pretty hot and the stock turbo isn't quite big enough. Just have to figure a way to remove the egr coolant housing without leaving damaging everything, just incase is has to go back together for warranty. I have turbos just sitting around and a few spare 2nd gen exhaust manifolds.

I can forward you contact # and names if you want for the nozzles.

I just want to have a truck that will survive until the warranty runs out, and the way they were built to meet emissions that wasnt going to happen, let it breathe!!!!!! screw the emissions crap and maybe find some extra power, aint my first rodeo with chips in diesels, so i hope i can avoid the hot Edit settings for a while haha

Good to hear, wanted to let you in on the secret of the good deals at Peak.

We should work on Harry so he can get a 6.7L so he can have some fun along with the rest of us. He's been talking about getting one. I showed him my 2010 when I was out there a few months. He has one of the nicest 98 low miler, twin turbo 12V long bed trucks out there.

Also been working on Harry so he can find a day or two to come out to one of our GTG's/dyno events. I guess they don't do to many GTG's down there at Langley/Surrey area.

You'll like the mini max, sure fixes that emission junk.

hey just thought i would bring this one back to life and ask what you guys are using for a replacement gasket in the exhaust flange when installing your home fabricated delete pipes. i just stuck in fel-pro gasket material i had laying around as a possibly temporary fix the other night when i stuck my delete pipe in it. just curious if theres something more better without going to dodge to get the factory one

Thanks guys

So what do you think about the H&S? Which tune you running? I would say you'll be ok with the gasket material. I just coated mine my gasket with anti-sieze, just so it doesn't stick. I have to put my DPF/cat back in, found a few things I don't like about the 2010 truck. They use nitrogen shocks for the hood, in -30 weather, they don't keep the hood open or you can't close the tail gate.

Each year dodge fixes one item by ruining three other things that work previously. I'm running the 6.8.11 tune on my black maxx, I pulled 34psi of boost on stock mode. On hot the truck will pull into the low 40's. Just got my larger sticks in and waiting for the bag of CP bits from wicked. Dave from passager thermal has a wicked billet air horn available. I'll post the link once I get home. After that I throw on the S366 just for kicks and giggles...

I'm currently running 6.7.22, it seems to work for me so far, I've only got 60 or 70 miles on it since the deletes, it will pull 29 lbs of boost and go as fast as i need it to haha havent had a WOT run in it yet, the mileage has pick up a couple mpg's so far so thats a nice bonus haha

going to calgary for new years day supper with the in laws so it will be a great experiment as to power and economy gains, oh ya and i love the part where it sounds like a diesel is supposed to now

ya i didnt understand why dodge took a decently functional tailgate and screwed it up by making it easier to lift, i get confused sometimes trying to figure things out and thats one of those times

I'll see if I can get a few extras parts when I go out there. You have the black maxx right? I'm curious to see the difference between years. Have you tried the hot setting? The stock mode seems really strong for a stock engine. I'm running a 30psi boost defuel, and will pull 34-35psi.

You know that there are custom tunes available for the 7.5-9 years?

I'm just running the mini, now that i have a "deleted" baseline for mileage i will start playing around with their custom tunes, I have their mild and wild aggressive turbo tunes saved on my laptop already for experimentation purposes

i have to run into lacombe tonight so i'll fill it up there and report back on my mileage, just crude math off my fuel gauge on the calgary trip its 35- 40% better than pre-delete #'s

Keep us posted, good to hear that there are still a few us diesels heads doing the bombing thing. H&S just released a few custom 2010-11 tunes today. Just have to find some decent road to take the truck out for a rip.
