Brake Shop Edmonton Recommendation
Not much help from me as I do my own work, I can tell you my son and I did the rear disc brakes on his newly acquired 2001 dually sport truck he got from his Grandpa last fall. The park brake had been seized for years and needed all new rear cables, the calipers themselves had also seized and ruined the discs, we replaced just the calipers and brake pads and put the park brake and disc replacement for later as we ran out of time. So you might want to plan on a full replacement of the calipers, pads, discs, Park brake cables, shoes and drums. If you have all the parts on hand it would make things a lot easier and much quicker... That is if you can get the rear wheels off to begin with.
