Thought I'd go with summer/ winter wheels, but got a nail on the sidewall on my summer wheels. can't seem to find a 285/70R17 with same wear as the 3 I have left, so decided to sell all tires and go with my oem rims and 305's and a 2" leveling in the front.
Don't like aftermarket rims, wanna keep my stocks with 305 nitto terra grapplers.....
I have a set of 5 brand new 265/70R17E 10 ply BFG rugged trail white lettering on side , also 3 285/70/17D 8 ply bfg A/T about 50-60%thread would be ok as rear wheels on a 2wd
Also got a set of 3rd gen alum rims but don't wanna sell them yet, I still wanna go with summer/winter wheels sometime when I can afford 5 more probably toyo's.
My new nitto terra grapplers should be here in 2 weeks so I need to have all the other tires gone before that.Not making the mistake of buying just 4 again, I'll get the spare the same tire from now on, got 4x4 with antislip, drove to the dump with 3 285's and the spare 265 and could feel the diff grinding.
All this is posted on abdiesels with the asking prices too.
