This happened to me once...I deleted everything in the radio and the phone and did it all over again...so far so good.

I had the same problem yesterday with mine. I first deleted the pairing to the uconnect on my phone, then I went to delete the phone from the radio and it keep telling me unsuccessful. I was getting kinda ****** so I walked away for about 15 minutes. When I turned on my truck the phone was deleted from the radio. Then I just re-paired the phone to my stereo. The little bluetooth icon did not show up on the screen, but the phone worked through it. I then tried to stream audio through it and it worked perfectly, and the bluetooth icon showed back up. Life is good for now.

Good luck. There is a link somewhere that shows the phones that the UConnect system is supposed to work with. I have a Samsung Acclaim and it doesn't work. At first I thought it was the phone, so much so that I bought it back to the cell dealer and they actually gave me a new one. I can pair it but it will not work reliably and causes the phone to work very poorly until I unpair it. I have a BT device in my motorcycle helmet which I can pair with my phone. It works first time, every time and causes no ill effects with the phone. My phone was not on the list of "certified" phones.
