Grinding when turning left or braking

Grinding when turning left or braking
I have grinding sound that comes from the front drivers side when I brake and turn left at lower speeds. I have jacked the truck up and check the tires had little to no play. I checked the brakes and dust shield both looked fine. Any ideas?
