I guess it would be safe to say the 2010 factory brake controller will not work on electric/hydraulic brakes. I can squeeze the lever and they work great. It seems I cant get enough volts by pressing the brake padal to activate the hydraulic pump.

What brand of elec/hyd actuator do you have? Check their web site, they may have a work around module that will work with the new system..
