Def Gauge Stuck on Full

Def Gauge Stuck on Full
Driving my 2017 3500 cross country. After 950 miles and many fuel refills my def gauge hasnt budged. Still reading full. I suspect it is stuck. Is there someplace i can knock on to possibly free it up?

I thought the same thing, I bought my truck used and got to Arizona and def gauge did not move. I brought it to dealer and he said it was deleted. All factory parts are still on engine so it looks untouched.
