I am thinking of getting a camper shell for my yet to be delivered 2010 Ram HD (crew cab short bed). I would use it on probably one long trip a year and it would hang from the roof of my shop the rest of the time. I would like to find a simple shell used (just a bed cover no higher than the roof of the truck). Does anyone know if any other year (2008, 2009, ?) would fit on the 2010 short bed or did dimensions etc. change on the new trucks? thks, Ed

 

Contact the various manufacturers directly or through one of their dealers. I'm going to say the 2010's are going to need their own model.

 

I just bought a 2010 Mega and have found only one topper that will fit. It is the Leer XQ. I think it is due to the new body style.

 

Ranch Elite shell fits as well, just had one put on.
