Alldata only has owner's manuals. What is the link to buy from Dodge?

i was told by dodge that from 2010 and on, they will no longer make a service manual for 3500 (i assume 2500 is the same). i would need to sign up and they would allow me a subscription to access the information i would like but am not allowed to download it (read only file) from tech authority ( at a cost ). i have checked and signed up but, no service manual available.

 

Techdata, the link from the Dodge website, does not carry the service manual for the 2010 2500 Diesel. What do the techs at the dealership use as a reference to fix the vehicle? Looking for a CD or Printed manual

 

Laptops with their wireless Wi-Tech routers and direct web page manuals for reference at the same time being able to flash it, display recalls for that VIN, and decode error codes?
