There should be a fuse you can tap into to light up your gauge when you turn the switch on. I havent had a chance to install any gauges on one of those yet. I am sure some one can tell you exactly where the wire you are looking for is. I used the fuse tap, worked good for me.

Anyone ever resolve this? Since there is no fuse box in the cab of the 2010+ trucks.

The easiest way to get power to spare inside of the cab is to use the Painless cirkit boss. Geno's has a great price on the 7 circuit kit. Two wires out side through the rubber boot in the firewall and the self contained fuse block with 7 wires (four battery hot and three key on, or maybe vise versa) One main gets hooked to the battery and the other to a key on in the trucks fuse block. Very safe and easy. I had it on my 04 truck. I just kept the spare wires taped up inder the carpet on the driver side. If I wanted to hook somethin up inside of my truck I had plenty of options.
