They have it available as a complete kit and includes the bracket, all mounting hardware, air filter, and the replacement serpentine belt. I already called them and they sent me their PDF file for the install, and I'm attaching it so everyone can see it.

The more I dig, the more promising this becomes.

My son helped me install the fuel tank today. still need to plumb it and going to the hydraulic shop tomorrow to get the goods to do so.

Attachment 64008

the truck the tank came out of, the individual plumbed it straight to the bottom tank. removed his filler neck. I want to be able to shut off fuel in case something happens. Had an aluminum plug made and had it drilled and tapped (1/2" pipe) and installed a ball valve. FASS pump coming next

thanks brother. have a nice lil plan for the pump arrangement. thinking of doing a FASS for the engine at the same time. the bed is going to come off to configure plumbing (cause I am too anal) so the tank now is just sitting there so I could get a final idea.

megacab2500 03-28-2011 11:24 AM

looks good Chris [guitar]. i will check it out when i take my truck

cbrahs 03-28-2011 01:29 PM

$215 worth of hose and fittings today at the hydraulic shop. will post pics during the project. bed has to come off. :)

Stargeezer 03-28-2011 01:57 PM

I'm looking forward to all the pics too. Thanks for doing a great job of documentation Chris!

We just ran into a snag with the transferflow tank on my truck, so it's going to come to me minus the tank. I'll most likely just follow what you are doing.

Thanks, Larry

cbrahs 03-28-2011 02:30 PM

Glad I could lend some ideas Larry. Looking forward to seeing your truck all built up!

looks pretty sweeeet. can you imagine belt length with that AND dual CP3's [guitar]

HMX-1 03-31-2011 02:18 AM

It actually takes the place of the second CP3, so no fueling mods for me :(

It's okay, we still have the wife's '06 that I plan on doing some stuff with ..... heheheheheheheheheh.

maybe I misread the diagram but the pic looks like the pump gets mounted to the bottom side of the drivers side of the motor?

Nope it goes on the passengers side. Up by the manifold and oil filter. Some aftermarket cai won't fit the comp install
