Anyone lost a HG after Rings and studs on a 6.7?
I ringed and studded my HG and am curious how much of a beating it will take now? I only have a Smarty JR so I cant get too severe. But don't want to be back in the shop with another HG issue. I would like to run the JR on Performance while empty. Just a little apprehensive.

did they deck the head and check flatness on the block when it was done? Have a buddy in east tx with a 2012 with H&S custom MCC tuning, s475 turbo and stock HG, stock bolts etc. nearly 700 hp and no issues. the problem lies with box tunes and timing so far out of wack it isn't funny creating a TON of cylinder pressure. even though he is running 55 psi boost he is not having issues so with the smarty jr, you will be good
see that you are in Pecos. Not much there. the rig I am on is just outside of pecos. I am laid up with a shoulder injury right now but hope to be back asap. should get together for grub one night when I get back in the action
