Well - I havn't received mine yet, but it's already been thrashed, jacked up, opened up, smoothed and capped...

Just my opinion, but the only stock trucks are at the factory. Floor mats, seat covers, tires and key fobs - we love to make them our own creation. Sometimes they even run better after we're done.

3 more weeks for delivery.............

I am completely stock motor & electronically. Made some minor appearance changes & a 2.5 inch leveling kit, otherwise stock.

I have a 2010 2500 4x4 standard cab, G-56 6 speed manual, 3.73 rear 245/70R17E on/off road tires. The truck currently has 15361 miles & I have towed heavy with it, best way to break it in. This truck is/has been my daily driver because I like the way it drives & handles.

Only problem I have encountered is the “cluster” went bad and has been replaced under warranty, actually twice, the replacement cluster was apparently bad from the factory. Other than that no problems I love it.

Just today I checked the mileage on a trip out to Hamburg PA, & back most driving was highway cruise control driving an got 17.8 mpg.

26k miles, stock and no problems.

Purchased my Laramie new in May 2010 and now have 26K (98% hwy) miles on it and have not had a single problem with it. Of course, I am not considering the recalls. With summer fuel, I was getting around 17 mpg driving 65. Winter fuel, I am getting 15 mpg at 65.

With fuel prices rising, am considering investing in a tuner so I can do the DPF deletes and turn off the EGR.

I have hauled 5k pounds of limestone homestead blocks in the bed of the truck. Could hardly tell it back there....except for my aching back.

LOVE the truck.

PS: Not completely stock. I have invested in a K&N air filter. That is the only deviation.

Totally stock 2011 here with 10,500 miles. Only changes I've made so far are: side steps, B&W turnover ball, added rear cupholder (ST w/vinyl covers the whole where the cupholders go). Just got my fobik keys in so keyless entry will be added next week.

2010 3500, Laramie, MegaCab, SRW with 13k miles and been in the shop three times. A few re-flashes and a firewall insulation recall. Last week had the NavSat radio replaced for issues from Uconnect erasing contacts to volume adjusting itself...at speed. Also had the power steering pump replaced, which the service manager tried to blame on my "big" tires (295/70/17). He gave up before I had to point out the half-ton out front, modified by Dodge with at least 35's on it.

I'd love to do the deletes, as this truck doesn't breathe for crap and the mileage is terrible. Definitely has more turbo lag than my other four Cummins Dodges had. I'll wait until these bugs are worked out, then delete away.

Having said that...I like this truck, it just needs a little help. I'll buy another.

Completely Stock 2011

Bought Jan 2011. At 4100 miles now, no problems (knock on wood). Saving up for deletes... Haven't decided whether to do EGR and throttle valve delete along with DPF in case warranty issues arise. From my understanding, might actually save on warranty trips to dealer after getting rid of all that useless crap. Guess i could put it all back on if anything major came up...

I miss seeing smoke

bone stock 2011 regular cab, G56 stick shift, six wheels and 3:42 gears in the rear. would like to do the deletes but will wait until i can get out of this state of confusion (kalifornication). the state now smogs diesels and i don't need that headache and have been thinking of moving to texas.

miles are 11,000 and trouble free. hate to mess with the deletes and throw my warranty away. what to do, what to do?

26000 miles on mine. 0 problems

So far no problems with my 2010 SRW 3500 4x4 Laramie. I would love to do the deletes as well, but unfortunately in the county I live in Ohio we have
E-check and if they see any modification on my truck they will fail the test automatically and then I won't be able to register the truck. Anyone else have any ideas, other than moving, that could help my trucks mpg without doing the deletes? Right now I average about 16-17mpg while cruising at 70mph and get about 11-12mpg towning my 5th wheel.

Been driving mine since 5/1/10 and it was stock for about 28K miles...got tired of seeing the oil a gallon over full at every oil change, so I deleted it.

37,500 on her and going strong.

I know on the ford 6.4 diesel the local service dept told people to check oil once a week because with every regen the cylinders are washed due to excess fuel and therfore some goes into the oil pan.I am guessing this is how he was a gallon over.

Exactly...the 4th injection event not burning completely causes fuel to wash the cylinder walls and end up in the pan. I have an LMM Duramax at work that was 3" over full on the dipstick at the last oil change....GM dealer told us we didn't know how to check oil, and over filled it. They never have this problem....

Magically, I have 2 LMM's doing it, one bad, one just a couple quarts over, but still, they NEVER have this problem.

Would like to do some stuff but this is my 1st diesel and its brand new and don't want to brake the warranty + budget is tight, buying a 5th wheel to go with the truck.

Loving it so far. Hate the in city MPG (12.4 computer)
