New guy here and to diesel. I have a 2019 Ram 3500 with 31K. I got a check engine light the other day starting up at work to go home. I had the guy at Advance Autoparts scan it and got P24D1, 3/3. I looked it up, "particulate matter sensor regeneration incomplete". I checked the meter and it was around 40%, I went for a drive and got it to zero, but it did not clear the light.

I checked this site and did not get a match for further info. Can the code be cleared? Is it OK to drive this way? What is actually the matter?

I am taking it to the dealer at the end of the month otherwise.
