HELP ASAP loosing coolant! No leaks! 2014 6.7

Hey guys! I'm new and desperate for an answer. My 2014 3500 6.7L is loosing coolant and have no idea where its going. I noticed a little hole on the top radiator hose last week. Changed it, still loosing coolant every 45min -1 hr drive. Installed a new water pump as someone said might be the cause. Not the problem. Temp jumps between 188-210 even in cruise Thermostat? Thanks

I replied to your other post before seeing this one where you have already changed the pump. The ERG coolers have been known to leak coolant. If you are sure that the system is full when you've filled it I suggest do a sniff test of the exhaust with an exhaust gas analyzer, this will show if there is coolant in the exhaust from either a blown head gasket or the egr cooler leaking.
