I purchased a BD Diesel Venom stock CP3 conversion for my 2020 Ram 3500 4x4 CC Tradesman and had a local reputable mechanic install the kit about 4 months ago. Well to make a short story my fuel line that was supplied in the kit cracked. It was the end going into the rail and it sprayed diesel everywhere. It is the #1 on supplied pic part# 1500735.

My question to yall is, has anyone else had this same issue??


Line #1 is where it’s spraying out.

 

Update-

Well BD told us that they are aware of the problem with the fuel line supplied and are sending a replacement and a clamp to hold it. That’s good news at least they are honoring their product.Fingers crossed it works.

 

Hi! We are running across the exact same issue. We broke down about 5 hours away from home on our way to the beach due to this line. Thank goodness for your post, I was able to look up the part number and order it and have it over nighted, but it won’t ship until Monday and we should receive it Tuesday. Unfortunately it’s out of warranty though. Did replacing this line fix your issue?
