comes standard on the st models but i beleive with the slt and regional packages it can be ordered with the manual t case.

 

I looked at a few with manual TC, both were SLT bighorn package

 

ST is standard with manual Tcase. Electric Tcase not available on ST. SLT Big Horn and SLT Lone Star packages have the manual shift Tcase available too. Manual Tcase is no longer available on the Laramie. All 4WD Megacab trucks regardless if its a SLT or Laramie have the electric Tcase. Still no manual Tcase availability on the Megacabs. ST package is not offered with the Megacab. Also, just so you know, power windows, door locks, carpet on the floor, and cruise control are now available on the ST package. So if you want the comfort and nice parts of the SLT Big Horn/Lone Star without the price, you can get an optioned out ST instead.
