Anybody have soft or spongy feel with Goodyear G622 225 70r 19.5 tires? I just put on 6 tires on 09 5500 and it just felt soft driving down road. I read several comparison reviews between that and Toyo m608z. Any feedback?

 

The sponginess will go away after time.. Max out the tire pressure, that helps a little.. Did you use weights or beads for balancing?

We've gone thru over 6 sets of these and have had no issues or complaints from the drivers, they are over 100 cheaper/tire than the toyo's and that adds up fast. Not to mention that it's hard to locate toyo's, we have been waiting for 17" MT open country 35R12.5 for over 5 months and since the Dodge comes standard with that size we had to move up to an 18" to get the tire.

In northern road conditions we can get just over a year of wear or around 50,000kms out of a set depending on the driver.

Sounds like a tire pressure issue,
