winsheild wiper base??

hey guy's anyone know what the rotating part of the winsheild wiper base is called?? the blade arm attaches to it, and it would be attached to the cowl at the base of the winsheild. we had a heavy snow here, then got cold and my wiper froze to the winsheild, when i put the wipers on it snapped, and i wanna change it myself , is it tough? do i need special tools?

Thats all the linkage from the motor , arms everthing ,
I haven't a dodge ram apart but I've had almost every thing els apart , other chry. products , forgien / domestic , and when in that boat you may want to check with a junk yard , save a buck , no special tools , not a hard job if you do much of your own work .

thanks for the input john, i just don't want the dealer working on it unless it's major cause always comes back with a door ding, scratch, or mess on my seats.
