One more for the night...

I'll do one more when time allows... on that one, I'll keep the giant cab, but move the rear doors back to keep the current QC rear cab lines, but then I'll stretch the front doors ala 2nd gen. Personally, I think the front doors are too short on the current trucks... I liked the longer ones on my 2nd gens better, more comfortable for my 6'4" frame.

I hope someone is enjoying this... I know I am... nothing better to do while the wife is @ work! Little does she know I'm fooling around with "the other woman" (my CTD)

And Finally...

The truck I wish they'd build...

Mega cab diminsions, stretched front & rear doors, shortbed, same wheelbase and overall length as my current QC LWB. G'nite all...

I want a Mega Cab 5500 Dually with a nice 8' aluminum flatbed. Now is that asking too much?

Thanks for the feedback guys! I enjoy doing it so it's a win-win. As far as the requests for Duallies, flatbeds, etc... I can do them, but only if I can get my hands on a decent source pic of a current truck with that kind of config. I'd also need a pic that was taken from nearly the identical angle as my truck's pic (doesn't matter if it's the left or right... I can flip it), and preferably under similar lighting conditions. It's definitely possible to do those, just might take some time to find the right source pics. I consider myself to be a complete novice when it comes to "Photo-chopping" so while I can do some things, I can't make magic out of totally mis-matched photos. IMO, I don't think it's worth the time involved unless I can make it look real. If I come across anything, I'll let ya'll know.

I also had a request for the proposed mega cab access door... I may be able to do that too, but it would be a complete guess on my part as to what it might look like behind the body cladding in the pre-production photos. I'll try it, and if something good of it comes out, I'll post it.

Thanks again & have a great weekend!

Maybe I missed something....but I assume you're just making these pictures for the heck of it? They're obviously not real pictures, so are you just trying to picture what Dodge might have in mind for a bigger crew cab truck??

By the way....if they ever did one with that little extension behind the rear window I'd RUN away from it. That's ugly.

I would definitely like one of these though...

Now way! They are all REAL... and I own them all! Dodge gave them to me for some Beta testing since I've been such a good customer... haha!!
Is it really that obvious that they're not real?? I thought I was doing a decent job on those. Oh well.
Anyhoo, yeah... actually I am just making them for the heck of it... trying to see what it would really look like without that body cladding in the pre-productions photos, something to pass the time, ya know?. The ones with that cab extension you liked so much are based on this photo, which is supposed to be a real cab side stamping, and from the factory in Mexico... rumor has it anyways. I have to agree with you about that huge pillar... to me it looks rather 747-ish... lots of excess hanging off the back, kinda like it's got a mullet! I imagine I'd run over lots of cars trying to switch lanes in that thing, since the blind spot would be monstrous.

I think they look great! And very real!

Perhaps if I was to get some good pics of the dually you could use it??

I have a couple pics of it in my gallery, but I would need to take some from the angle you say you need. LMK

BiggRigg600, pay no attention to Hoss. He's just jealous that you thought of this and he didn't and everyone is giving their attention to you instead of him.

I thought they were real. I really like the crew cab shortbed with no extra over hang. Don't care much for the one with the 2nd gen style door on it. Doesn't really fit the body lines.
