Where is a good place to mount my tralier brake controller

I mounted mine just like troll3193 near the right knee, but at 6'3", I hit mine with my knee all the time.
I plan to move it to the area ahead of the transfer shift like BroncoHound. I have an SXT with auto trans and manual transfer shift, so I have the 3 cup holder lower console.
My only problem is I could not figure out how to mount the factory holder (Prodigy) in the area. I may need to make a custom bracket to get it to look like BroncoHound, but I like the way his looks!
