Wheel spacers and lug bolts

I've added some 2015 20" Factory wheels to my 2010 Ram 2500. When the wheel is fully turned the inside edge of the tire rubs on the control arm. Or at least I think that's what it is. So my question.
Would 1/2" spacers be enough to stop this rub, would 1/4" work?
Also if I were to run 1/2" would my factory studs be long enough?
Oh and an observation.
I'm currently running the 2010 factory open end lug nuts. I measure about 3/16" of threads that extend out beyond the lug nut threads on the front but just under 1/4" at the rear. Are the rear studs actually shorter than the front?
Would it be recommended to just run spacers up front being it's only 1/4" to 1/2"?
Thanks guys!
