Not in my area, it's about the same price. The advantage is that your money is possibly staying closer to home. The disadvantage is you'll get slightly lower MPGs and have to change your fuel filter after the first tank.

Lots of posts on this topic. Cummins says you can run up to 20% (B20) without warranty ramifications. Some would say if you're going to run anything more than B5 you should get a water separation filter.

Not always. I get about .5-1mpg using about 20% bio. Anything over that and the mileage goes down for me. This may be a different number for everyone, and subject to the vehicle and weather conditions, quality of the fuel, etc.

But, changing your fuel filter after a few hundred miles of B20 is a must. Been there, done that. Just schedule your first top off of bio when you're about to change filters.

Have fun,
garrett

I run about a B30 and last I checked it was $4.45. Also, I saw no change in mileage.
