Visors Sagging

Is anyone else having a problem with their visors starting to sag? I don't put anything heavier than a garage remote on mine and its already starting to sag down 1" to 2".

Mine went way past the sag point. My pass side BROKE! hangs like a limp...(you know)

I took it in to the dealer after 3 months and after the 36K mark and I was SOL with a new one. But they will order a new one for $95.00 (non-lighted),

I took my visor apart to see if I could fix it but soon found out that I could not. There is a plastic sleve that rides on a metal rod that allows the visor to extend for the side windows and the plastic sleeve was twisted in half. I used all kinds of plastic and non plastic glues and even JB plastic weld to NO effect. I will just have to look in the junk yard for one I guess.

Do you have the running lights? If so did they leak? See if there is a water leak that may have caused the problem and also check the TSB's for visor problems

Nope. No running lights. Sounds like there is a new visor in my future. I'll just wait till it really irritates (sp) me.

Nonford,

We got the visors lastnight. They were as you said and we are very happy with them!

Thanks, Greg and Jennifer
