where is the vaccume pump located on a 05.

doesn't have one unless it has a Jake Brake installed

If your refering to the pump for the cruise control, its between the radiator overflow bottle and the battery on the passenger side.

The pump for the heater and ac controls.

All heater and A/C controlling is done with small eletric motors to move the doors or dampers these days.
