Hey guys,

Is it possible to turn off the passenger air bag on a 2004.5 SLT Quad Cab?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is possible. You need to get permission from NHTSA, they have a form on their website. Then you need to buy the switch for the dash (make sure to get the right color that matches your dash). Take to the dealer and have them install/program the ECM. Some dealers won't do it for liability reasons, but some will. you just have to find them.

Also, do a search. There are others who have done this.
